Ordering Information


The easiest way to place an order is to e-mail me directly. I usually check my e-mail several times throughout the day and can provide further information, pictures, sound clips, and whatever else may be needed. At times I may already have the desired item already built and in-stock listed on either eBay or the products page, however most of my whistles and cases are usually built to order. In this situation when orders are finalized I begin the construction process where customers actually receive updates with pictures and any applicable sound clips of their very order being built from start to finish.

Payment Methods

Payment can be handled several ways, but depending on the chosen method additional fees may be involved. Personal checks and money orders will have no further costs associated with them, however these do have a short waiting period to ensure that they clear before any order will be shipped. PayPal is also accepted but will have additional costs added to the final order price to cover their merchant fees. For other methods of payment please contact me to discuss them further.

All orders are shipped via USPS with prices dependant on order value, destination, weight, and the selected service. Within the continental United States the Priority Mail service is the first choice with prices ranging between $5.00 - $15.00 and delivery times between 1-4 days. International orders typically range from $18.00 - $60.00 with varying delivery times depending on the service used. Insured shipping will be used on higher value orders.

International Orders

It's important to note that many countries have varying import duties associated with them which are not accounted for in my pricing or shipping costs. It is the responsibility of the buyer to take these into account when placing an order. I also only accept PayPal as the method of payment.


On most orders I will accept returns up to two weeks after the delivery date and refund the cost of the order minus delivery and return shipping, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. Some exceptions to this would include custom orders where a product would not otherwise be resellable or where obvious signs of tampering are evident. Damage from shipping carriers will be handled on a case by case basis and are generally infrequent.
